Hobo
Mountain Publishing cares deeply about your satisfaction and
takes great pride in providing you with quality products.
We warrant that your order was shipped to you in perfect
condition when it left our warehouse. In the unlikely
event that it should sustain damage in transit, we will be
happy to replace the defective product(s) immediately upon
return of the damaged goods to us, in their original
packaging. Damaged product should be returned, within
thirty days of receipt, to Hobo Mountain Publishing,
Customer Service Dept., General Delivery, Gold Bridge, BC
Canada, VOK IPO.
We do
not, as a rule, give monetary refunds, but should a
discrepancy occur, it will be evaluated on an individual
basis.
Production and delivery schedules.
Hobo
Mountain Publishing makes every effort to deliver your
product to you within the time specified on your order form.
There will be no liability or penalty for delays due to
state of war, riot, civil disorder, fire, strikes,
accidents, action of government or civil authority, acts of
God, or other causes beyond the control of Hobo Mountain
Publishing. In such cases, schedules will be extended by an
amount of time equal to the delay incurred.
Please
note that during the holiday season, stated delivery time
may be delayed by up to four weeks.
The
placement of your order constitutes your acceptance of the
above terms, conditions, and warranties.
